Senior Honors Thesis: “How Engineering Companies Approach Sex and Gender in Employee Manuals.” Spring 2017. I served as Ms. Velez's Thesis Advisor for this interdisciplinary project, which studied the role of gendered rhetoric and how it affects women's experience of inclusion in engineering companies.
